Brightside Mini Golf is a mobile mini golf service that offers pop-up golf sessions, party rentals, and event rentals. We cater to all ages, providing both daytime courses and nighttime LED-lit courses for a fun and engaging experience any time, day or night.

Are the courses suitable for all ages?

Yes, our mini golf courses are designed to be fun and accessible for all ages, from young children to adults. We ensure that the game-play is engaging and enjoyable for everyone, making it a perfect activity for family outings or parties.

What safety measures are in place for events?

We prioritize safety at all our events by following health guidelines, ensuring our equipment is sanitized, and maintaining social distancing where necessary. Our staff is trained to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

What are pop-up mini golf sessions?

Pop-up Mini Golf sessions will be held in various locations around Ellensburg, Kittitas, and Cle Elum. Pop-up sessions will sometimes be planned in advance, and other times will be posted the day of the event. Like & Follow our Facebook and Instagram pages to receive notifications for all events. Pop-up Sessions range from $5-$10 per player.

What is the course size for pop-up events?

Our pop-up events will debut Summer 2025 and will typically include 9 holes, though smaller pop-up events may take place. Pop-ups will be posted here on our website and on our Facebook and Instagram pages. Like and Follow our pages to keep up to date on our events.

Are the courses always the same?

No! We are regularly swapping in new holes, new obstacles, different combinations of holes for a course, and new designs to keep your experience fresh no matter how many times you visit our pop-up events. Also, with daytime and night-LED glow golf, the fun is endless.

How do we pay for pop-up mini golf?

Cash, card or venmo. Per person fees using electronic payment are $1 higher than cash payments to account for fees associated with processing and transfer.

How can I book a rental with Brightside Mini Golf?

To book a session, simply fill out the booking form on this website. You can choose your preferred date, time, and location for your mini golf event, and our team will get back to you to confirm your reservation.

What types of events can Brightside Mini Golf accommodate?

We can accommodate a variety of events including birthday parties, corporate events, family gatherings, and community festivals. Our mobile setup allows us to bring the fun to any location, making your event memorable and enjoyable for everyone.

How long are the rental sessions?

Standard Rental Sessions are half day (4 hours) or full day (8 hours). Longer extended rentals, for example an entire weekend, speak to our staff about your needs for pricing.

What is the course size for rentals?

Course rentals can include 3, 6, or 9 holes, depending on your needs and event size. Please speak to our staff if you are looking for larger course rentals.

Can I customize my mini golf experience?

Absolutely! We offer customizable packages that can include themed decorations, special lighting, and tailored game-play options to suit your event’s needs. Just let us know your preferences when booking. **Customized courses will be charged a customization fee based on the number of holes in the course for your event.

How do I pay for my rental?

Our staff will contact you regarding your requested booking. Once your date and time have been confirmed with our staff, you will receive an invoice for the rental. A 50% booking fee is required at the time of your booking to hold your spot. The remaining 50% is due 24 hours before the start of the event.

Can I cancel my rental booking?

You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the booking without fees. Cancellation fees will apply if cancellations are within 30 days of the event. You may also reschedule your event one time prior to your booking. If done 30 days before the event, no fees will be charged for rescheduling.
